    The head of the Divan Mr. Raad Kachachi received Mr. Valéry Freland the executive director of ALIPH foundation for the protection of heritage in conflict areas on Wednesday morning 12 June 2019

The two parts conferred during the meeting about supporting of rebuilding  and repairing the religious buildings and worship places in the old city of Mosul by consulting with the relevant sides and religious leaderships by coordinating with Iraqi Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Antiques and UNESCO to get a statement for the finance of rebuilding Al-Tahara Chaldean church (The high monastery) in Mosul / Al-Shifaa district / the right side, which is an antique church belongs to the 6th century 650 – 651 A.D , and Mar Toma church which is located in Al-Sa’aa / the right side , it was established in 1863 A.D and it is one of the most important antique churches belong to the Syriac Catholic Church in that city

The meeting was attended by Mr. Wameedh Najee Jarjees the general director of the engineering directorate by proxy and Mr. Hani Kasto manager of the head of the divan bureau
